Stara Cegielnia shopping, service and event complex will be built at Gustaw Morcinek Street in Krakow.
The building is at a very early design stage and has only just received a positive environmental decision.
The investment area includes historic buildings entered in the register of monuments. One of them is a dome with a span of as much as 55 meters.
The new buildings were designed referring to historic buildings. The facades of the new buildings are decorated with bricks made by hand in a Dutch factory.
