The Adgar Renaissance Tower office building in Warsaw has received the LEED certificate at the highest possible level - Platinum.
The new owner focuses on innovative solutions that are intended to protect the environment and reduce energy consumption. The modernization concerns key areas of rational management of water and energy consumption and using air filtration systems with technology that reduces the level of smog particles. In the last year, the following activities were carried out, such as implementing intelligent LED lighting systems in common areas with a motion sensor, significantly reducing energy consumption.
Adgar Renaissance Tower is ideally located with access to Warsaw's public transport, including the metro and suburban trains, as well as bicycle paths. The office building provides almost 18,000 sqm of usable space on 13 above-ground floors.
