Stream International, part of Convergys Corporation will become the new tenant in Nord Office Park in Lublin. The city will become a location of a second branch in Poland - investor already has it operations in Szczecin.
It is the largest transaction in the Lublin market since 2011, carried out with the participation of real estate agencies. Jones Lang LaSalle provided advisory services in the process.
