The construction of yet another investment in Olivia Business Centre, a Gdańsk office complex, has begun. Olivia Seven will arise on Grunwaldzka Street, next to the building Olivia Six.
The office block will be 55 m high, it will have 15 overground storeys and a three-level underground parking lot. The tenants will have 28 000 sq m of office space at their disposal. Although the construction is still at its preliminary phase, 30% of the space has already been pre-booked. "Seven" will be certificated in the BREEAM ecological system, with the aim of obtaining the highest ranking - "outstanding".
The building is to be commissioned at the turn of the first and second quarter of 2018. Olivia Business Centre will thereby become the largest existing office investment in Poland, with 150 000 sq m of space.
