Park Rozwoju has received the green certificate BREEAM Final on Excellent level. Warsaw complex was awarded for sustainable property management, access to public transport and bikes. Proper lightning, intelligent AC system and access to herbal garden ensure comfort in the workplace.
Park Rozwoju consists of two buildings: Phase I and Phase II which are surrounded by the park and offers together 32,000 sqm of modern office space.
