Construction permit for phase I of LIXA, an office complex planned to emerge at the junction of Kasprzaka and Karolkowej Steets in the Wola district, has been granted Construction works are planned to start in the second half of this year and to end in the first half of 2020.
LIXA will be its developer's biggest office project yet. The first stage entails building two objects with the total office space amounting to 28,000 sqm, whereas phases II and III will deliver 20,000 (2021) and 17,000 sqm (2022) of office area to let respectively. The complex, which will be certified in the BREEAM system, was designed by HRA (Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci.)
