According to JLL report in 2014 over 323,000 of new office space have been brought to the main polish cities (excluding Warsaw). The biggest supply growth has been recorded in Cracow, Tricity and Katowice. Wrocław also has a strong position - one of the biggest projects delivered in 2014, office building Green Day, has been built there. It offers approx. 14,500 sq m of office space for lease.
