Construction works of Grupa Waryński’s EQlibrium office building has entered the final stage. 11 storey construction on Jana Kazimierza Street in Warsaw district Wola will offer approx. 10,500 sq m of space for lease.
The project designed by studio S.A.M.I. Architects Mariusz Lewandowski and Company is the solid containing two combined segments – 11 and 6 storey one, sharing two levels of underground parking lot. Additionally, the green certificate BREEAM will be a guarantee of an ecological building.
Now, the installation of front elevations is bound to start. The building is estimated to be ready on the beginning of 2017.
