The start of construction works of an overground part of Equator IV is expected to start this year. The office building will appear between Zawisza Square and West Railway Station in Warsaw.
14-storey office building is going to provide about 20,000 sq m A class office space for lease where 645 sq m is reserved for retail groundfloor points. The APA Wojciechowski studio’s project is supposed to be distinguished by its perfect lightening all day long. The building will complete the complex of West Railway Station investments. Equator IV will obtain the BREEAM certification, which will prove of high standards in accordance to sustainable development rules.
At the location where 55 metres high building will rise the first construction works has already started.
