Second stage of development the multi-functional Praga Koneser Center approaches. Buildings Koneser M and N will be ready in 2020.
Currently in the complex office space for tenants amounts 25,500 sq meters, but the new investment will extend it with 17,500 sq meters - 5 above-ground floors with offices and retail area on the ground floor. The demand is enormous, primary buildings of the complex were rented in 98% before even putting them into service. Beyond office space, in the Praga Koneser Center tenants can find numerous gastronomy and retail points and event & conference areas.
