A five-storey office complex, Fregata Park, will be built at Bronowicka Street in Szczecin. The project has received a construction permit. Construction work on the first phase of the project is expected to start at the turn of 2023/2024.
Fregata Park will be a complex of 3 office buildings. There will be a car park for tenants with over 250 parking spaces, charging stations for electric vehicles and a comprehensive infrastructure for cyclists with changing rooms and showers. Each of the office buildings will be equipped with two independent, quiet lifts, access control, monitoring and 24-hour security. The complex is also expected to comply with BREEAM certification at a minimum of very good level.
