The first building in Krakow has been awarded the prestigious WELL Core & Shell certificate at a Gold level. It was the Building C of the High5ive complex, located at 21 Pawia Street. The certificate guarantees that the building meets modern sustainability standards and has a positive impact on the comfort of its users. The building was designed with the mental and physical health of its tenants in mind. In addition, the pro-environmental solutions present in the building also positively influenced the result of the certification - these include access to natural lighting, fresh air, and high-quality drinking water.
Building C offers tenants more than 10,000 sqm of Class A office space located on the building's six above-ground floors. Two underground floors include an underground parking garage with 112 parking spaces for building users.
