Skanska has just finalized its biggest office investment in Wroclaw. Dominikański Complex has been opened.
Medusa Group architects’ project is distinguished by the unusual esthetic avoiding shapes and lines of a standard office building. Besides the futuristic block, the complex consists of renovated Oppersdorf’s Palace from XVIII century with technology enabling to experience the interesting history of the building.
The investor created approx. 40,000 sq m of space for lease on 7 overground levels with 2 storey underground parking lot.
