The topping out ceremony of Konstruktorska Business Center will take place this month. The office building located at Konstruktorska Street in Mokotów District will offer for lease approximately 48 000 sqm of usable space, including almost 42 000 sqm of office space for rent. The office building will stand out with an exceptionally large typical floor plate which will measure over 7 300 sqm. The Konstruktorska Business Center will be environmentally friendly what confirms the BREEAM pre-certification on the very good level. The office building was designed by the Epstein architectural studio, while the owner and developer is the HB Reavis Slovak Group. Completion of the construction is scheduled for the first quarter of 2013.
