Globe Trade Centre - the owner of University Business Park office complex located in Łódź entered into two new lease agreements. One of the agreements has been signed with a current tenant - Warta Insurance Group, which has decided to expand occupied office space of about 1600 sqm. By the end of this year office space of 1 500 sqm will be also handed over to Hewlett-Packard Poland, which headquarters will be located on the fourth floor of the office building. The agreement allows also for a further expansion of next 1 500 sqm. University Business Park office building is leased so far in 50 percent.
