The Grunwaldzki Center office complex in Wrocław has undergone modernisation. The work carried out included replacing the lighting, modernising the air conditioning and arranging showers and changing rooms. In addition, leisure areas for tenants were created outside the facility. There are plans to install photovoltaic panels and chargers for electric cars.
The Grunwaldzi Center is a complex of three office buildings built in 2008. The buildings provide a total of 26,000 sqm of space. The ground floor of the buildings is dedicated to services, retail and gastronomy.
