The construction of Spark office complex' second building in Warsaw has begun. The office block will consist of 10 floors with the total of 18 000 sq m of modern office space. Skanska's project is to become the meeting spot for the local community, characterized by a public plaza, open air working area and an amphitheater. Commissioning is to take place in the first quarter of 2019.
