O3 Business Campus has received BREEAM certificate with an "Excellent" result again – this time it was awarded to the second phase of the investment. This is an expression of concern for the environment and friendly working conditions for the tenants. The first building of O3 Business Campus}[1158] can already boast this certificate since 2017.
During the construction of the award-winning building, the investor paid attention to light access, so large windows were installed and the interior architecture was designed to provide optimal light throughout the day. It has benefits for employees, ecology, and the economy. The acoustics in the building has also been taken care of and the elevators moving in the building are of a new generation with a "stand-by" option when not in use. There is also bicycle parking for tenants, together with locker rooms, showers, and a drying room for wet clothes.
A five-year diversity plan has also been developed around the building – the care has been taken not only for the tenants but also for the small furry guests of the flora surrounding the development.
