Posejdon is a multifunctional building consisting of modern office space with an area of 18.6 thousand sqm., a retail and service part (4.5 thousand sqm.), and a hotel part.
After two years from the beginning of its use, the building has undergone modernization for the benefit of the environment.
From now on, Posejdon does not emit any greenhouse gases to the surroundings by means of an installation based on heat pumps ensuring both heating and cooling of the office and service areas.
With this step, Szczecin's office, and service building as the only one in Poland and one of the few in Europe in its category considers such climate protection needs, thus contributing to positive changes in real estate projects.
