Silesia Business Park B, second office building of Silesia Business Park, is completed. Thereby, the investment that is being built in Katowice, is halfway through finished. The C office building , according to the set schedule, will be completed in December 2016 and the planned completion date of Silesia Business Park D is 2018.
Silesia Business Park will consist of four office buildings, which altogether will offer more than 40,000 sqm of A class office space to lease, together with 301 parking spaces for its tenants.
