Work has been completed on the underground part of the structure of the Warsaw office building The Bridge. This means that construction work has moved to ground level and construction will soon begin on the first of the 40 storeys of the skyscraper offering a total of 47,000 sqm of office space.
The building's amenities will include, among other things, 280 parking spaces, chargers for electric cars, parking for bicycles and scooters with charging stations, as well as almost 150 spaces for bicycles. It is worth recalling that The Bridge will be certified under the WELL, WELL Health Safety Rating, BREEAM, DGNB, Green Building Standard and Barrier Free Facility schemes. The entire project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.
