A new office building is being built on the left bank of Toruń at 13 Szubińska Street. The investment will be located in a former military area where exercises were held in the 1970s.
The office building at Szubińska Street will offer modern solutions, pro-ecological technologies, underground parking, and flexible space arrangements depending on the type of tenants' business activity.
The completion of construction works is planned for mid-2024. The building will provide 1,300 sqm of office space for rent on two floors.
