The amazing The Park Kraków office project is under construction at the intersection of Kuklińskiego and Saska Streets, covering an area of approx. 5 hectares. The investment will deliver over 100,000 sq m of usable space in 8 A-class office buildings. Each office building of the complex will offer over 11,000 sq m of rentable space with flexible arrangements.
A 3-hectare space between H-shaped office buildings will be restricted from car traffic. This is where a public green park, full of vegetation, trees, and a relaxation zone will be created.
The first stage of The Park will consist of 4 six-storey buildings with a total area of 50,000 sq m. The construction of office buildings is planned for 2021-2023.
