At 36 Świętokrzyska Street, there is already a structure of the lower building of the SKYSAWA office complex. It is the first of the two buildings of the investment. The nine-story skeleton of building A was completed in 9 weeks. It is one of the fastest-growing office projects in the capital.
Facade works outside the property and installation works inside the building are currently in progress. At the same time, the first floors of the 155-meter tower of the B building are being constructed. SKYSAWA will provide over 34,000 sq m of modern office space for lease to the Warsaw market.
