A luxury Prismistic Office building will be constructed at Przybyszewskiego Street in Lodz. The glass-fronted building will provide 14,000 sqm of usable space on 4 floors above ground. The first-floor space will be used for retail and service establishments, while the upper floors will be filled with offices.
Prismistic Office will stand on a triangular plot in Łodz's Widzew district, which enabled the design of three separate entrances to the building. The cuboids will be connected to each other by three connectors with prismatic glazing of irregular arrangement. The central part of the building will feature a patio planted with multiple plants. Construction is expected to begin in 2024.
