In the center of Toruń, at Sportowa Street, a modern office building with an extensive infrastructure will be erected.
The five-storey office and service facility will be 20 meters high. Interestingly, it will be equipped with the functions of an intelligent building, where innovative companies will be able to carry out tests of technical and technological solutions in real conditions.
The office building will be called Intelligent Business Centre Lab and its completion is scheduled for 2022.
