An A-class office investment will be built in Toruń under the name Lipowa Office Park. It will be a complex of two high-class office buildings. Currently, the investor has applied for a building permit.
The construction of the first building is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024. The investment will provide approximately 7,000 sq m of modern space to the Toruń market.
