Twarda Tower office building, currently fully occupied by The Polish Telecom has been sold. The object has been purchased by Europa Capital LLP investment fund from BPT Asset Management A/S. The office building is located at Twarda Street near the intersection of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Świętokrzyska Street. The office building offers over 27 000 square meters of office space for rent. The new owner intends to renovate the building in cooperation with Warimpex construction company.
