In close proximity to the intersection of Karolkowa and Grzybowska Streets two modern office buildings will be developed.
The first one is an investment of Ablon company - Karolkowa Business Park, which will offer nearly 15 000 sqm of office space and more than 3 000 sqm of retail space for lease. At the two-level underground car park will be located more than 260 parking spaces. The investment is planned for the second quarter of 2013.
Another project arising in this area is an investment of Concept Development company a 15-storey office building called Concept Tower. The office building will house approximately 8 500 sqm of office space and approximately 600 sqm of retail space for lease.
The office building will provide its future tenants with 101 underground parking spaces. Concept Tower office building is seeking LEED environmental certification at the Gold level.
The investment will be completed in September 2012. Both projects were designed by the FS&P Arcus architectural studio.
