The renovation of Wratislavia Tower is scheduled to begin in August 2022. The façade and technical installations of the building will be modernised. The office building will be adapted to the requirements of the BREEAM In-Use certificate. The end of the renovation work is expected in Q2 2023.
Wratislavia Tower is an office building located near the market square in Wrocław. In addition to the offices, the almost 20,000 sqm area also includes a cinema and a lunch bar.
