OPERA Office is a planned modern office building which will consist two wings - 5-storey and 4-storey high - interconnected within a glass catwalk, offering a total of around 7 500 m2 of the lease space, planned for completion in July 2012. The project will include 122 underground and 79 parking surface parking spaces available outside the building together with 59 surface parking spaces in 50 m from the building. The OPERA Office building has been designed keeping in mind the comfort of their prospective users – large glazed areas will provide an increased access of daylight, while an open space facilitates an effective interior arrangement.     OPERA Office will be located at the border of Gdańsk Wrzeszcz and Gdańsk Główny districts (recently the most dynamically developing part of the city of Gdańsk, being home to a great deal of commercial activity in Tri-City, most particularly banking and shopping), between Zwycięstwa Avenue and Towarowa Street (with access to the building from both streets), next to the Multikino, in the vicinity of Baltic Opera, in front of the campus of Technical University of Gdańsk. The complex will feature an excellent access to public transport (with train station, bus and tram stops all located in the immediate area within 200 m distance) and a great visibility from the main Tri-City’s artery (Zwycięstwa Avenue). The buildings will be located in close proximity of the city center (in the distance of ca 2 km), which provides a convenient access to high class hotels, Town Hall, the Old town as well as Gdańsk Główny train station.
