C300 is the second phase of the C200 project constituting an architectural continuation of the investment with a view of the Gdańsk Shipyard. Similarly to C200, the name of the building refers to the shipyard nomenclature used in previous years. The office building has 11 above ground floors and offers ca. 14 000 sq m of modern office space that will be arranged according to tenants' needs, The occupancy permit is planned to be obtained in Q2 2021.
C300 is located at Marynarki Polskiej Street, near the 'Stocznia' tram stop, which is located in front of the entrance to the C200 building. The Fast City Train station is 600 m away, and less than 3 km there is the biggest transportation hub in the city 'Gdńąsk Główny', which includes long distance trains, Fast City Train, connection to airport, coaches as well as bus and tram stops. The investment is characterized by very good access by car.
