Warsaw Spire A is one of 3 buildings that compose an office-retail complex called Warsaw Spire. It is currently the polish capital’s highest office building and dominates the city’s skyline for years to come. Warsaw Spire A offers approx. 60,000 sq m of office space on 47 floors in 220 m tower. The underground parking lot provides 1,300 parking spaces, available for tenants and their guests. Warsaw Spire is an unique project not only for its business function - the highest quality office space balances in harmony with a contemporary urban landscape. The internal courtyard square of 4,000 sq m consists of a tailored tree landscape, fountains, restaurants and high end retail, the first of its kind within the central business district, which facilitates the needs of our tenants, guests, and the inhabitants of Warsaw. The Warsaw Spire complex was designed in line with the latest technologies, what allows comfortable use of all the spaces and perfect access to daylight. The balance between functionality and design turns this building into Warsaw’s future office benchmark.
The building is located at Plac Europejski, the corner of Towarowa and Prosta Streets, just 5 minutes drive from the Central Railway Station, Złote Tarasy shopping centre, Marriott and Holiday Inn hotels. Additional advantage of the location is a convenient access to the public transport facilities. In vicinity there is an underground station: Daszynskiego Roundabout.
