It also allows our clients to receive even more complex services thanks to easier knowledge exchange between JLL’s teams. Furthermore, I am sure that our specialists – regardless of their business line – will recognize Warsaw Spire as one of the premier office buildings in Poland.”

Tomasz Trzósło, JLLTomasz Trzósło, Dyrektor Zarządzający JLLTomasz Trzósło, Managing Director, JLL Poland, says: “The dynamic development of JLL in Poland has encouraged us to expand the office space that we are currently occupying in the Warsaw Spire office complex. After the completion of this consolidation, we will occupy 13,700 sq m of space, making our new office the largest JLL office in Europe. This also recognizes Poland as one of the most important locations for the company’s development in this part of the world.”

Warsaw Spire, whose investor and developer is Ghelamco, is one of the most important and well-known investments on the Warsaw business map. The project consists of a 220-meter-high skyscraper and two 55-meter-high buildings. In total, the complex provides 109,000 sq m of space equipped with the most up-to-date technological solutions. The complex is distinguished by its excellent location (in close proximity to Daszyńskiego Roundabout, near the metro station) as well as Plac Europejski Square which has a number of restaurants and entertainment venues. The 1.5 ha urban square, which is open to the public, can be a place to have business lunch or to meet up with friends or colleagues after work.

“From the very beginning, thanks to an innovative approach, Warsaw Spire attracted a great deal of interest from tenants. We are glad that global companies such as JLL have selected  our project for their offices. This also illustrates Warsaw’s importance in the eyes of worldwide investors and shows that the Wola district is fast becoming the new business district in the capital city”, comments Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial & Business Development Director, Ghelamco Poland.

Tétris (part of the JLL Group) was responsible for design and build works in JLL new office.
