Space optimization process has been conducted in the new JLL’s office including change management. The Workplace strategy included managerial interviews, online survey for employees, space utilzation study, focus groups and regular meetings of JLL’s top management with change agenst and Workplace consultant during the whole process of design and fit – out works.
Right sizing the London portfolio
In advance of their move into a new HQ at 5 Broadgate in 2016 we have been working with UBS to right size their London portfolio. To date we have projected a 10,000 sqm reduction in the bank’s space requirements resulting in a circa £10m reduction on the annual P&L

Realising space efficiencies
The OpenWork programme was developed by our workplace consultants to provide an improved work environment for Our Client employees while scaling back the portfolio to realise spatial efficiencies and reduce environmental impact. The Final Report proposed a recommended strategy for the redesigned workplace including workstyles, worksettings, space program and adjacencies based on the data analysis.
Reinforcing the brand
In our work with Astra Zeneca to develop and implement a global workplace strategy the expression of their brand value ‘Health Connects Us All’ was identified as key in unifying the organisation across different geographical locations. A standardised and consistent design approach was developed which allowed a degree of customisation at the regional level
