Business Garden is a modern office complex carried out by Swede Center development company, at the corner of: Żwirki i Wigury and 1 Sierpnia Streets in Warsaw. Construction of the first phase of the complex, covering two modern, multi-functional buildings, is currently underway. By the end of the completion, Business Garden office complex will consist of seven buildings as a whole. Implemented in the first phase Business Garden II office building has recently gained two tenants: Ricoh Poland and Credit Agricole companies. Ricoh Poland known as a provider of technology and services connected with printing management will occupy about 2000 sqm of office space, while The Credit Agricole Bank has leased approx. 4000 sqm of office space, located on two floors of the office building.
