The first phase of the Business Garden office complex, including two seven-storey buildings totaling approximately 58 000 sqm of usable space is almost finished. The first building within the Business Garden complex will house: hotel, restaurants, conference center and offices. The second one will offer only office space for lease. Currently finishing works are underway and are supposed to be completed in August.
