Demolition of the Atrium International building is underway at 23 Jana Pawła II Avenue in Warsaw. In its place, a Upper One complex will be built, consisting of two buildings with office space and a hotel.
The project will include a 131.5-meter-high office tower with 34 floors above ground with a total area of nearly 36,000 sqm. Next to it will stand a half-lower 17-story hotel building with a total area of about 11,000 sqm.
The Upper One complex will provide a total of about 47,000 sqm of space, with a planned completion date in the fourth quarter of 2026.
