The Upper One multi-story office building is being built in the capital's business center. The office space of the investment will be approximately 36,000 sq m.
Construction of the high-rise building started in the fourth quarter of 2023 and will last until the end of 2026. The investment will consist of two parts - an office tower and a hotel building.
The height of the office part will be 130 meters, while the hotel part will be 55 meters.
