The modernized office complex Marynarska Business Park has just received a WELL Health - Safety Rating and a WiredScore at Silver level, which confirm the high standard of the buildings.
The massive modernization project for all 4 buildings in the complex includes the redevelopment of the common areas of the buildings and the external grounds. In addition, it also involves changes to the digital infrastructure and security in terms of the health of the complex's users.
A major reconstruction of the external area is to replace the current concrete parking lot with a 6,000-sqm green park with a rest and relaxation zone. A common element in the lobbies of the office buildings will be architectural sculptures.
Marynarska Business Park is a complex of 4 office buildings with a total usable area of 46,000 sqm, located on Taśmowa Street in Warsaw's Służewiec district. Upon completion of the modernization, the complex will apply for BREEAM In-Use certification under the new v6 system.
