The office complex Marynarska Business Park is currently undergoing a major modernisation. The main element of the redevelopment is the common spaces of the office buildings, where 6,000 sqm of aboveground parking will be replaced by a publicly accessible green space. Additionally, as part of the project, the entrance lobbies of all four buildings in the complex will be refurbished to become functional meeting and working spaces, adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
The Marynarska Business Park modernisation project is being implemented according to modern ESG standards. The ecological aspect of the investment is ensured by the infrastructure planned for cyclists: an underground parking space for 120 bicycles equipped with a changing room, showers and 4 chargers for electric bicycles. The aboveground part will include racks and a station for self-repair of bicycles. Once the redevelopment process is complete, the complex will apply for the following certifications: BREEAM In-Use v6, WELL certification, WELL Health & Safety, and WIREDSCORE. Completion of the revitalisation is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.
