Rondo 1 office building has gained new tenant from energy sector: Conoco Phillips. The new tenant has leased over 500 square meters on the sixth floor of the building and will move in already in October. In addition two companies have renewed their lease agreements: Bridgepoint and Credit Suisse. Bridgepoint currently occupying over 530 square meters of office space on the ninth floor has prolonged the contract for another 5 years. Credit Suisse extended their lease of 950 square meters of office space to 2017.
