Warsaw's Rondo 1 office building, located at the ONZ Roundabout, is the third building in Poland and the 100th in the world to receive SmartScore certification at the Gold level.
The SmartScore certificate proves that Rondo 1 is technologically ready and capable of meeting the requirements of its tenants. SmartScore confirms the quality and security of the digital infrastructure used.
Rondo 1 consists of two buildings, the taller of which is a 40-storey tower. Completed in 2006, the complex provides 67,000 sqm of leasable space. Rondo 1 is also LEED certified at the Platinum level.
