The next Wrasaw office investment is following the idea of sustainable development. Capital Park Group’s project in Wilanów has just officially obtained BREEAM certificate on Very Good level.
Royal Wilanów offering high class office space for lease provides friendly workplace while caring about environment and workers' comfort as a main priority. All tenants are enabled to use alternative means of transport, such as shuttle bus to Wilanowska metro station, virtual carpooling platform or additional bike facilities, as far as the commuting is concerned.
