The Royal Wilanów Office building will be finished very soon, the opening is expected in autumn the current year. In the building which offers more than 27,000 sq m, Sygnity, Lindt & Sprungli, Erbud and others will open its offices. Among tenats who lease retail space are Piccola Italia, Bang & Olufsen, Rossman and others.
Two public parks will be arranged in the neighborhood area at the space of over 8,600 sq m. There will be located free access playgrounds such as volleyball and basketball court, climbing wall and multimedia stage and also restaurants, green spaces and a fountain.
