Construction works of the underground part of the office building Royal Wilanów will last till autumn. The office building with retail part is located at the corner of Przyczółkowej and Klimczaka Streets in Warsaw.
Royal Wilanów will be a 5-storey complex offering approximately 30,000 sq m of modern office space to let. Building will also offer 7,000 sq m of retail space with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The complex will also provide its tenants with underground parking offering 915 parking places. Building is planned to be delivered in III Q of 2015.
Royal Wilanów will be awarded BREEAM certificate in a “very good” grade.
