Royal Wilanów office building located at the intersection of Przyczółkowej and Klimczaka Streets, received the final building permit. According to the investor - Capital Park Group – the construction will start in Q2 2012.
The Royal Wilanów office building will offer 28 000 sqm of modern office space for lease and up to 7 000 retail space for rent. On three underground floors will be 921 parking spaces, available for tenants and clients. The architectural design was prepared by JEMS Architects.
