The Forest offices have been granted a building permit.
The complex consisting of a 120m tower and adjacent - smaller buildings up to eight storeys high is to be built near Burakowska Street, in close proximity with the Zgrupowania AK „Radosław” Roundabout. The buildings all together will offer about 78,000 sq m of office and retail space.
Around 800 parking spaces including 38 electric vehicle charging poles are to be found in the underground area. There are also plans to make up to 250 slots for single-track vehicles. The completion of the construction is initially planned for 2020.
