An innovative office building with an approx. 10,000 sqm will be built in Włocławek. The building will meet high standards and will satisfy even the most demanding tenants. On October 1 a letter of intent was signed, which is the next step of the investment.
There are still discussions about the choice of the place that should fulfill a number of criteria such as attractive location, good communication with other parts of the city, and the availability of commercial and service infrastructure. Mayor of Włocławek suggested two locations that meet investor expectations.
It is estimated that the investment will take about 36 months, whereas the construction itself will last for 2 years.
