A multifunctional complex will be built in Gdańsk on a 1.5-hectare plot in the area of Popiełuszki, Jaracza and Nowomiejska streets. The investment will provide over 40,000 sq m. of usable space, more than half of which will be an office building, and the rest will be used for residential and hotel purposes.
The concept of a multifunctional project is based primarily on the long history and heritage of the Gdańsk Shipyard. A modern complex with an unusual dynamic shape, which will be constructed near the European Solidarity Center, will undoubtedly become a new visiting card of the city.
The planned construction start date is the second half of this year.
